Care Manager - Fantastic independent homecare organisation!

We have a great opportunity for a someone to join a fantastic, supportive, well-led domiciliary care organisation in the Plymouth area, in the role of Care Manager. Interested then read on!

You'll be acting as a mentor/role model for care assistants and peers upholding the ethos and values of the organisation. You'll be developing a team of care assistants and field supervisors, supporting them to deliver best in service care.

You'll build relationships with your new customers and create support plans that really work! You maintain the amazing existing customer relationships through excellent management, reviewing their support plans in partnership, communication and ultimately showing that you really do care.

What do we need from you?
You'll have experience working and developing a team through having a flexible approach, great interpersonal skill, clear written and verbal communication. Doing this will help with retention, customer service and show that you're a team player and everyone in pulling in the same direction.

Willingness to work towards your QCF level 4 in Health and Social Care
Have a clear DBS
Full UK driving licence
