You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported living housing Adults with LD/ Autism in a community based environment

As a Care Manager you will be supporting the services across Lancashire for adults in their own homes you will have a responsibility to actioning the service offering direct support as well as supervision, rota management, managing 450 to 500 support hours Flexible hybrid working as long as the service is managed.

You will be able to demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills, willingness to be present and involved with colleagues and other service managers to make sure the service runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate management skills confidently and have a good understanding of social care and being able to deal with any situations calmly and effectively

This is a Full time position Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week Flexible Working pattern as long as the service is managed and home working available

Salary £32,398 annum in additional to benefits and holidays 25 holidays plus bank holidays Progression and development but looking for an enthusiastic passionate and individual
