** Operations Care Manager **
** Covering Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week) **
** £45,000 including a car allowance and management bonus and other benefits **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for an Operations Care Manager - covering Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire working a full time and permanent contract of Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm with flexibility for a large sized care organisation.

About the employer; this employer is a large employer working closely with people with all needs. They have been successfully established for approx 27 years.

About the job; this role is to fully support your management team and your service users in many aspects. You will be responsible for 8 residential homes and 1 domiciliary service within the 2 counties mentioned.

About the ideal candidate; for this role, we will need you to have had experience as an Operations Manager, unfortunately we cannot consider anyone without this. You will be focused on quality, budgets and great standards. You will hold good experience within the health and social care sector and will show evidence that you are able to work within this line of work from your work history. You will have great personal attributes and want to work with a great team.

Salary and benefits; for this full time and permanent role, we will provide a salary of £45,000 alongside a car allowance and management bonus and more which will be discussed in interview.
