A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced care recruitment co-ordinator to join a well-known children's care company. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to progress your career and work for an expanding company which provides quality care with a real purpose.

You will ideally have experience in recruitment in the public sector or private sector but this must ideally be within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of the recruitment process and compliance techniques in the sector would be a real advantage. You will be supporting the head of HR to deliver high quality care and seamless running of operations.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in delivering high volume and quality end to end recruitment campaigns. Being end to end you will have knowledge of compliance procedures and strive to get the very best people working for us in the best possible time.

You will be at the forefront of something truly amazing and you will play an integral role in a small but dedicated team that strives to provide the very best care by recruiting the very best candidates. The role is fast-paced and no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate will be passionate, experienced, resilient and a good problem solver. You may have to work to deadlines and with budgets so being calm under pressure and relishing a challenege will be part of your natural persona!

You will need to have basic IT skills and be organised and be able to multi-task. You will be expected to manage your diary and may have to manage others diaries in the sector as you co-ordinate. A keen attention to detail will be needed. My client is looking for a candidate that is committed to the company but also the recruitment process and always looks for ways to improve. Being a driver and having access to your own vehicle would be an advantage as you may need to travel to different services.
