We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hard working recruitment consultant to come and join our fantastic team.

BS Social Care is an established and highly respected Recruitment Agency which specialises in the permanent and temporary recruitment of Social Care professionals. We started in 1993 and now almost 26 years later we are one of the UK`s most trusted names in social care recruitment.

The Job...

You will be joining a fantastic and energetic team who work extremely well together to hit and achieve targets. This post is initially a maternity cover post but the real goal is to maintain your own desk to become permanent.

The role will include:

" Resourcing candidates for temporary roles.
" Interviewing and screening candidates.
" Processing DBS checks and checking eligibility to work.
" Organising marketing campaigns and writing adverts.
" Sales calls to market our services and candidates to prospective and existing business.

You can be located anywhere between Brighton - East Croydon as this role after a training period will include 2 days out of the office meeting clients and candidates. For the first 3 months you will be based in our vibrant and energetic office in East Croydon - which is less than 5 minutes from the train station!

As the ideal candidate you will

Have a flair for building and maintaining excellent relationships, with both candidates and clients. You will have fantastic communication skills via phone, email and in person. You will be organised, have an excellent eye for detail and have strong administration skills.
Previous sales experience would be desired, but this is not essential.
