About the employer; This employer is a leading provider of specialist support for people with autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs. For over 20 years, they have developed expertise in delivering support pathways that focus on individual outcomes and independence.

They work with individuals, their families and other professionals to develop support plans that are person-centred, unique to each person, adaptable and portable. This enables them to regularly review and change an individual`s support package and ultimately be in control of their own life. They have developed a range of bespoke support pathways that offer choice and flexibility. This enables people to make changes to suit different stages of their life. The organisation has an excellent track record of providing high quality, robust and sustainable support, increasing the independence of individuals, along with improving their quality of life.

About the job; This role is to oversee 1015 hours of care for adults with a number of needs such as Learning Disabilities, mental health needs, complex care needs and behaviours that challenge. The care given is situated between 4 different homes staff via 30 members as a whole. Your role is to oversee all care provided and all staff ensuring that everyone is well looked after and safe at all times. You will be responsible for service users to use the resources around them to have the best life possible and progress within your service alongside ensuring that all persons working for you are developing and gaining a great satisfaction through work.

About the ideal candidate; ideally you will hold a NVQ 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards, you will hold Service Manager experience and will have worked with service users of a similar need. You will ideally be a driver due to the nature of the job. You will be up beat and friendly and professional with a can do attitude and have a great enjoyment for the work this role can offer.

This is a full time and permanent role working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm (some flexibility needed) and be part of a on call rota which is currently 1 in every 7 weeks.
