Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Care Shift Leader to work in a well-established company within their Residential and Supported Living Services in Westbury. You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs who may display behavior that challenges.

Day-to-Day duties;
- Lead, coach, mentor and support a team of staff.

-Contribute to rota planning
-Take control of petty cash and finances
-Support every individual within the home
-Complete handovers
-Work within a team

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience working within the Care sector

Salary/Contract;
-Pay £9.79 p/h
-This is a Full Time position, 37.5 hours a week
-Shifts will range between 7AM-10PM
-Alternate weekend work is required
-Sleep ins will be required and paid at an additional £50 and if you need to be active in that sleep in you will be paid the normal waking night hourly rate
-There will be on call duties paid at £12.50 p/h
