Job Description

A well- established care organisation are looking for a Care Supervisor to join their team in Exmouth.

Main Duties
" Running the shift
" Supervising and training staff
" Ensuring all records are kept up to date
" Stepping up and taking charge when managers are out
" Helping to assist the clients to bed
" Do regular checks on clients and keep records up to date
" If they wake up during the night, offer them food, drink, spend time with them and assist them with anything else they may need

Contract: Full time and part time hours available.
Hourly Rate: £10.30 - £10.75
Hours: 8pm - 7am

Qualifying Candidates
" 1+ years' experience in care
" NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3
" Supervisory experience
" Strong leadership skills
