Job Description

A well- established care organisation are looking for a Care Supervisor to join their team in Exmouth.

Main Duties
You will be running the shifts, supervising and training staff and sharing your care knowledge with care assistants and seniors. You will be responsible for ensuring staff are performing their roles to the highest of standards. Ensuring all records are kept up to date and care plans are followed. You will be caring for elderly people in a specialise dementia home, working in an experienced team of care assistants and reporting to the Senior/ Supervisor. You will be helping them with their daily routines such as dressing, washing, helping with meal times and personal care as well as taking part and encouraging involvement in the games, outings and other activities the home offers.

Contract: Full time and part time hours available.
Hourly Rate: £9.81 - £10.24
Hours: Hours: 7am- 2.15pm, 2pm- 8/9pm, 8am-8pm

Qualifying Candidates
" 1+ years' experience in care
" NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3
" Supervisory experience
" Strong leadership skills
