Job Description

I have a great opportunity for you to work as a Team Leader within a national charity supporting young adults up to the ages of 25 with physical and learning disabilities. You will be supporting people to live fulfilled lives by assisting them to be able to thrive in their day to day lives during their transition from childcare and are moving onto adult care.

You will find yourself working in an enthusiastic, committed team to support young adults in accessing opportunities within the community, including social and education opportunities.

Duties will include;
-Supervising staff members
-Ensuring that all incident records are always maintained
-Write rotas in accordance to the needs of staff and the people that you support
-Contribute to the development of the service

Candidate Requirements;
-You will need to have or be worked towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care
-You will have previous Team Leader/Senior experience

Pay/Contract;
-£22,880 per annum (£11 p/h)
-This is a Full Time position, 40 hours a week
-You will required to work alternate weekends & evenings
