BS Social Care is recruiting for a very exciting role of a Team Manager to maintain, grow and expand the current region allowing for more business. This role holds the plans to progress to be a Branch Manager once the region has converted enough business to introduce a satellite office covering the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk area. Currently they have 8-9 packages within the community. Each package has their own Carer/team who work live in shifts with their vulnerable person.

About the employer; this employer is a homecare organisation who is building and growing all of the time ensuring all candidates are well looked after in this process. They are a medium sized company, their two Directors are brothers and they are always looking for opportunities to develop their staff in any way that they can.

About the job; this is a very exciting allowing this particular candidate to really develop within their career. This person will be heavily invested in by the company leading them to be the next Branch Manager within the area. Initially, this role will be to meet the current team and work hard to ensure you have a good understanding of every client, Carer and anyone else involved. You will then start to liaise with county councils, the NHS (discharge teams), adult care brokerage to network and gain a understanding of the current market creating professional relationships allowing new business to develop.

About the ideal candidate;

- It is essential that you have the NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (and desirable to have a NVQ 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care
- It is essential to have current experience as a Senior, Deputy or Manager (and desirable to have experience working with the elderly with dementia)
- It is essential to be a driver with access to your own car

A pay rate of £9.30ph - £9.63ph will be offered for this permanent and full time role, however, this can be negotiated alongside 21 days annual leave, a mobile phone, a mobile laptop, mileage and all training and qualifications needed and wanted within this role.
