Our Global IT client have an truly exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Career Development Manager on a contract basis. As a Career Development Manager (CDM) you will work in collaboration with a matrix team, will facilitate, and broker information and provide resources related to professional and career development. In addition, you will provide guidance, support, and track the outcomes of participant's job searches. You will collaborate with other team members, the Program Director and Program Office, Education, Learning Partner/s, mentors, hiring partners, employers, and base engagement teams. You will be the team leader for each cohort as well as represent Europe.

With demonstrable experience in career coaching, recruiting, learning and development, education, or operations/administrative management in either a military or business environment, you will be comfortable creating and delivering program elements, establishing relationships and closely partnering with Learning Partners to support effective program execution. With a passion to succeed, exceed goals and maximise opportunities.

This PAYE day rate role is Remote and pays up to £26.70 per hour, dependant on experience, with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period. The contract runs through until 30th June 2023 with a maximum potential of 18 months.
