Job Description

Our public sector client has a vacancy for a caretaker based in Finaghy

The role is temporary to at least the end of July with possible extension. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0700 to 1500 hours and overtime is available

In your new role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly, check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use and opening and closing buildings when required
Postholder may be required to work a few hours on Saturday and Sunday to pull out euro bins

You are a good fit for this role, if you have carried out similar work in the past and will be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if appointed the role

Our client would prefer that you have 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
