Caretaker

Brook Street are recruiting for a caretaker position based in Nuneaton to work on a temporary basis with a potential to go permanent.

The working hours is worked out by a week by week rota shift-
Week 1 - 10-6pm
Week 2 - 7-3pm
Paying £9.50ph Monday to Friday, weekly pay.

AN ENHANCED DBS IS REQUIRED!!
If you already have an enhanced DBS this would be ideal, if not we can get one in place for you.

Duties of work-
Setting fire alarms
Opening and closing security grounds
Nominated key holder
Ensuring premises are cleaned
Order and restock
Litter pick, rubbish removal
Clean spillages
Carry out minor maintenance work
Check and report damages
All other duties involved.
