Job Description

We have a client who is looking for a Cleaner / Caretaker in Edgware (MUST HAVE DBS)

Duties will include

*Locking/unlocking buildings.
*Ensuring site security.
*Basic repairs to fabric of buildings such as painting, repairing/replacing door handles etc / fixing door and window locks etc (general maintenance/handy-person skills will be required).
*Repairs to things that may break such as toilet flushes, cisterns etc.
*Unblocking drains.

The right candidate will also be required to clean for the centre on a daily basis (dusting, mopping, hoovering, sanitising classrooms and cleaning toilet areas and communal areas to a high standard).

Experience in a handy man / maintenance role is beneficial
