Job Description

We are looking for 2 Caretakers to work in a school in and around Croydon.

They are a vibrant school with 3 sites who cater for a range of pupils


About the Role:

-To overlook maintenance work and carry out small repairs.
- Checking/servicing fire alarms.
- Carry out risk assessment duties in and around the school
- Cleaning communal areas and general upkeep of the grounds.
- Check in deliveries and move them to relevant departments.
- General help around the school

Ideally we want a Caretaker with School environment experience. someone who wants full time work and who is happy to work on a Temporary basis with potential to go permanent.

Required:

Time keeping and attendance is imperative for the business. You will also need to have driving licence and your own mode of transport as you may be needed to cover the other sites or deliver goods from one site to the other in Croydon. We will need to apply for a full Enhanced DBS through Brook Street unless you have your own which is on the update list.

The rate is 9.10 an hour. This is an ongoing booking which may lead to a permanent position.
