Job Title- Case Admin
Reception duties include: To greet offenders and visitors/ To be first point of contact for partner businesses / To handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls / To assist in maintaining Health and Safety / Some late-night work until 9pm / maintaining databases / excel trackers / formatting correspondence - letters/reports. Handling confidential/sensitive information / Working from mailboxes
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
