Job Description
A part-time temporary position has come available within a government department in the Liverpool area.
Hours: 25 hours a week, 5 hours a day 5 days per week.
Pay rate: £9.65 per hour going up to £9.69 after 12 weeks.
Job spec:The role is Support Worker for a Senior Officer.
Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft packages. - spreadsheets/presentations/ data collection
Organised/proactive as they will also be organising calendar/diary
Good level of typing/note taking skills
Monitoring task completion - creating task lists/forward planning and oversight of this
Some understanding of neurodiversity - dyslexia/adhd/autism.
Proactive in approach
Monitoring of emails and respond where appropriate
Conforms and works within strict confidential boundaries
The individual may need to respond to some emails/make calls on behalf of manager so will need demonstrate good professional/confidential standards
Experience working in a busy environment is essential
Some tasks may need additional support.
