Job Description

Our public sector client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a Case Administrator, based in Redditch. This is initially a temporary role although this may be extended. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. Your normal working hours will be around the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pay rate is £10.42 per hour.

Your role will be to provide case admin support to designated staff members/teams. You will have a hand in the following:
" Setting up and maintaining accurate information on internal databases.
" Preparing cases for Court.
" Liaising with a multitude of agencies to collate information.
" Dealing with telephone queries from court users and external bodies .
" Receive and distribute relevant information and communications in an appropriate manner.
" Setting up video links with prisons.
" Maintenance of various excel spreadsheets.
" Liaising with offenders to organise appointments.
" Covering reception when required.
" The post holder must adhere to all policies in regards to sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.
