Case Admin (AO) - Band 2

Job Description

Our public sector client in Birmingham are seeking a temporary staff member to join their dynamic team as a Case Administrator based in their Birmingham Selly Oak office. This role is initially a temporary position of 3 months although is likely to be extended further beyond that. The role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. Generally normal working hours will be around the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pay rate is £11.44 per hour.

Your role will be to provide Administrative support to allocated cases from designated staff members or teams to a successful conclusion. You will have a hand in the following:
" Setting up and maintaining accurate information on internal databases.
" Preparing cases for service user appointments"
" Liaising with a multitude of agencies/depts to collate information.
" Dealing with telephone queries from NPS users and its external bodies .
" Receive and distribute relevant information and communications in an appropriate manner.
" Setting up video links with contacts"
" Maintenance of various excel spreadsheets.
" Liaising with offenders to organise appointments.
" Possible cover on reception when required.
" The post holder must adhere to all policies in regards to sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.
