Broad range of tasks including: Taking telephone calls; covering reception duties; maintaining databases; working with confidential/sensitive material; updating Excel spreadsheets; liaising with internal and external customers.
Hours of work are 9:15-5:15 (Mon-Thurs) and 9:00 - 4:30 (Fri). There is some flexibility by prior arrangement with line manager. However there may be occasions when someone is required to work until 9pm on with relatively short notice. If this is the case time off can be given to reconcille these hours at time that is mutually beneficial to the candidate and our operation.
