Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Administration role for a government sector based in the Slough area on a 3-month temporary basis.

This position is to start work immediately and will be on an on-going basis. You will be responsible for assisting the team with general administration duties. You will be assisting with the following:

Filing
Data input
Moving files and post
General administration
Previous Excel experience
The ideal candidate will have:

Office based knowledge and the ability to take on multiple tasks
Work well under pressure
Happy to deal with many different colleagues and stakeholders
You will understand the importance of confidentiality
Good telephone manner
Able to multi task efficiently
Ability to use your own initiative and work alone
High attention to detail and strong IT skills
Experience of working in a challenging admin role
Happy to deal with many different colleagues and stakeholders
Good telephone manner
Able to prioritise

Due to the nature of this role a basic DBS check will need to be processed before you can start. This will cost £25.00

The hourly rate for this role is £8.36, increasing to £9.28 per hour after 12 weeks of temping, you will be paid weekly in arrerrs, Holiday hours are also accrued on a weekly basis!
