We are supporting a local public sector organisation who require an Case Administration Officer on a temporary basis until currently end of April'20 but is likely to be extended. The role is in the city centre and has good public transport links near the location.
The role is to provide general administration support, through efficient process, maintaining administrative systems within specified time constraints in line with polices and procedures. The successful candidate must adhere to all policies in respect of sensitive/confidential information handled. It is important to demonstrate a commitment to equality and inclusion and an understanding of their relevance to the work the client does. It is also worth noting that this role may involve some out of hours work.
*Good IT skills proficient in MS Office, Excel and confident using databases

You will be responsible for setting up accurate files on relevant databases, prepare, collate and record other records and management information in accordance the standards required. Where necessary you will also need to issue Petty cash/vouchers or warrants
The role is dependent on passing a DBS check.
The hourly rate of pay is £8.36 per hour rising to £9.59 after 12 weeks of continuous work, other benefits include pension and paid holidays including bank holidays.
