Job Description

Are you a self-motivated and ambitious individual with recent 12 months+ Office Administration experience, looking for an Admin opportunity within the Government sector? Our Public Sector Client based in Kitts Green, Birmingham is looking for a Case Administrator for their team.

Duties required in role:
" Responsible for setting up and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant approved databases
" Prepare, maintain and collate case and other records, files and management information, in accordance with the standards required
" Receive and distribute information and communications in an appropriate manner, e.g. telephone, paper, email
" Provide cover for reception
" Make practical arrangements such as appointments, directions, video-links etc
" Carry out enforcement administration as required
" Attend meetings taking and distributing notes/minutes and action points

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday working 9.00am till 5.00pm with an hourly pay rate of £9.06 going up to £9.56 after 12 working weeks. Please note that 23 years and under would start on NMW and then move up to £9.56 after 12 working weeks.

Please note this role will require 3-years referencing and a DBS check.
