Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis. The role will be three days a week between Monday and Friday and the rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.02 an hour after a period of 12 weeks.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
- Reception duties
- Liaising with offender Managers
- Answering telephone and email queries
- Greeting visitors
- Relaying correct messages
- Record management
The ideal candidate will be reliable, a good team player and have excellent prioritisation skills.
You will be required to have previous experience as a Receptionist in a busy environment.
The rate of pay is £7.98 an hour, rising to £9.02 after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
