Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual looking for a Case Admin opportunity? This role is based in Birmingham City Centre and For the first 12 weeks of the assignment, you will be paid the applicable NMW but this will then rise to £10.12ph on your 13th week of work.
You will be working as part of a team that assists with a variety of different tasks including sending out letters, answering emails, filing, photocopying and other general admin tasks. Your main role will be handing Legal Cases and applications therefore you MUST have case administrative experience as this is target driven. You will be making decisions regarding the cases so must be comfortable making important decisions on case outcomes within targets.
You will be given 2 weeks of training and mentorship to guide you while training. Please note you will need to have strong administration skills and you will also be expected to have a working knowledge of Excel and Word. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years admin experience for this role. Full training will be provided by the client.
You will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and is a temporary on going role
You will be required to complete a 3 year full reference check and also complete a Basic DBS clearance via Brook Street. The DBS check will require you to pay £25 for this but this will be refunded back into your account after 4 weeks of continuous work for Brook Street. You must have a clear DBS to be considered for the role
