Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Case Administrator to work for a Government client in the Gateshead area.
The client works closely with offenders, the court service and police departments. Due to the nature of the environment the client requires candidates who can process highly sensitive information and remain non - judgemental.
The role is a temporary, full-time position, working 37 hours a week between Monday and Friday. Approximately 9 am to 5 pm (approx). The initial assignment will be for 3 months but may be extended beyond that date. Candidates must be prepared to work flexibly between offices in Gateshead, Sunderland and South Shields.
Key responsibilities for a Case Administrator will include data entry, sending out correspondence, processing information, minute taking, covering reception duties on occasions and dealing with customer queries.
Successful Case Administrators will demonstrate an ability to process a range of admin tasks, follow strict procedures and work to a high degree of accuracy.
This role will require a security clearance, therefore if you hold a transferable DBS this would be highly advantageous.
Rate of pay £7.70 - £8.36 p/h and increases to £9.28 p/h after 12 weeks. Pay rates specified to National Living Wage.
