Job Description

Our Public Sector client in Norwich is seeking a Case Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £9.06 per hour, rising to £9.56 after a period of 12 weeks.

This role will include, but not be restricted to:

- Updating databases with Offender and Victim information
- Preparing and collating case records, files and management information
- Call handling and email inbox management
- Covering reception when required
- Arranging appointments for the implementation of Sentence Plans
- Issuing petty cash and expenses when necessary
- Managing facilities for activities relating to the delivery of interventions
- Maintaining IT systems and assisting other members of staff

The ideal candidate will be IT literate, well organised and have previous experience within an Administration role. You will also be required to have good Customer Service as some Service Users may be distressed and display inappropriate or aggressive behaviour.

This is an office-based position, but due to Covid, you will be working from home for parts of the working week. A laptop and mobile phone will be supplied.
