Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of an illustrious government body for a temporary Administrator based within Leicester town centre. Basic duties of the role involve the general administration of cases passing through the probation service.

The job holder will provide administrative support within the National Probation Service (NPS), ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes, maintaining administration systems within specified timescales in order to promote the achievement of team and Divisional objectives.

Duties will also include organising meetings and minute taking and occasionally covering reception from 8.00am.

Experience in Deilus/Oasys systems is advantageous but not essential.

In line with NPS policies and procedures, the job holder must at all times demonstrate a commitment to equality and inclusion and an understanding of their relevance to the work they do.
The post holder must adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.

The successful candidate will come from a strong administration back ground and able to offer excellent customer service. Attention to detail is essential in this role due to the sensitive nature of the work.
Candidates MUST be able to pass a DBS check.
