Leicestershire Police Force is recruiting for a Case Administrator on a temporary basis. The role is part home working, part office working on a rota basis. The role will last approx 6 months. Mon- Fri, 37 hours per week.
The responsibilities of this post include undertaking tasks in relation to the preparation of cases within the various teams, to include Prosecution Teams, Process File Unit, Collision File unit and Customer Service unit. Also, dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers, providing advice, guidance and information as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a confidential environment, have strong administration skills and be computer literate including in Microsoft packages. There will be system training involved so you will need to be comfortable with learning new systems. If you have any legal experience this will be beneficial to the role.
