The duties involve digitally listing work on their in house IT systems, and is very IT based. You will be required to use Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook/OneNote), but will largely be using other IT systems specific to their organisation. Training will of course be given on the job, mainly observing colleagues, and then being observed completing the tasks yourself.

You may be responsible for setting up and maintaining information on relevant approved databases and maintaining and updating other records, files and management information, in accordance with the standards required.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes is critical to this role and you will need to work at pace and be able to multitask. Good communication skills are required as the team will receive queries from other areas of the business.

Please note that social distancing will be maintained within the office while training is provided, and once up to speed there is the option of remote working.

This is a full time temporary role, Monday to Friday working 9.00am till 5.00pm with an hourly pay rate of £9.06 going up to £9.56 after 12 working weeks. Please note that 23 years and under would start on NMW and then move up to £9.56 after 12 working weeks.

You will be required to complete a 3-year reference check and a DBS check before you start which would be an initial cost of £23.00 that you would be required to pay, however this would be refunded to you within 4 to 6 weeks on assignment.

If you believe you have the experience and skill set for the role, please apply and send your CV through. If you have not had a response within 5 working days, unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion.
