Job Description
We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our Government clients in East London. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 3 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Required to cover a reception desk
- Answering the phone, dealing with queries, and referring on when unable to resolve
- Inputting data onto their relevant approved data basis - the successful candidate needs to be able to learn new software's quickly
- Working within a busy court in Tower Hamlets which covers East London
- To deal with all mail items, incoming, outgoing, and internal
- Send out warning letters
- Scanning and uploading documents onto their relevant approved databases
- Will be working in the office 4 days a week with potential of 1 day working from home
Skills and Experience required
- Delivering at pace
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written is essential
- Use and work on your own initiative
- Need to have good IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams etc. especially Excel
- Quick Learner
- Admin experience required
Salary: £11.70 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday.
The hours are working 9-5 Monday - Friday
