Case Administrator / Receptionist

Fantastic opportunity for an administrator to work for a government organisation based in Crawley.

My client is part of a large government organisation dealing with offender management.

You will work as part on an integral team providing admin, data entry and receptionist support.
The job will involve case administration duties, database entries, archiving and scanning documents and reception cover which will include greeting offenders, taking phonecalls, managing facility requests through the approved contractors.

You will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range individuals including offenders. You will be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), and have the ability to quickly pick up new IT systems. You will have the ability to work co-operatively and flexibly with colleagues as part of a team as well as independently on your own initiative. You will be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure and possess excellent organisational skills and be able to work methodically timely and accurately.

This is an ongoing temporary role based in Crawley, paying £7.98 per hour for the first 12 weeks and £9.02 per hour after 12 weeks. There is free parking on site.
