Case Handler - £18,000

Brook Street are proud to be working with one of the leading and professional finance company based in Southampton that prides itself on the service it offers to its customers.

The Case Handler role will include liaising predominantly with clients, lenders and brokers in order to meet deadlines, processing documents and checking for errors, taking calls from all parties with a view to providing updates, answering queries or transferring calls and taking ownership of a case load of mortgage applications.

Ideal candidate:

• Finance/insurance experience and to be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Work Hours:

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work 40 hours per week, which will be comprised of 8.5 hour shifts between 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive Salary of £18,000 per year with a pay increase to £19,000 after a 6 month probation period. In addition you will receive 20+ days holiday, Free Parking and time off over Christmas with pay.
