Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Catering Assistant to work within one of our most recognised clients in the Education Sector. The role is Temporary on-going with permanent opportunities potentially available.

The job is full time Monday - Friday, candidates do need to be flexible and available for extra hours which may be required occasionally.

You will be required to work as part of a team as well as occasionally being comfortable working independently, the candidate will report to the catering supervisor in a busy catering establishment.

The role will include serving customers food, till operating, cash handling, making tea/coffee as well as preparing sandwiches, cooking, cleaning/pot washing, stock replenishment and adhering to health and safety at all times.

The successful candidates will possess good customer service skills and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for a confident candidate who has had experience of working within a cafe/catering function.

Salary: £8.21 p/h which would then increase after 12 weeks.
