Brook Street are excited to be hiring catering staff for the local NHS.

As a member of the catering staff you will help in running and maintaining the kitchen and supporting the chefs. Shifts will be flexible Monday-Friday eight hours per day starting between 6:30am and 10am. Previous catering or kitchen experience will be expected and qualifications for cooking and food hygiene will give you an edge.
Duties will be as follows
Food preparation.
Ensuring that stored food complies with safety regulations.
Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen utensils and work surfaces.
Working as part of a team to ensure deadlines for meals are met.
Pay rate will be £9.00 per hour. Please note that these roles are temporary but will likely be ongoing for several months. Due to the urgency, these roles are expected to start immediately.
