This client are looking for someone to join their Special Events team to assist with their growing catering needs for international events!
This client is a premium mobile bar company specialising in the supply of portable bars, a well as slick and stylish bartenders and barristers for any event, private or corporate.
This job includes International travel for up to 4 weeks of the year: January and June.
Main functions of the role include:
Menu Development & Planning, Food Sourcing, Supplier Sourcing and CRM, Menu Costings, Collating Orders, Allergen Charts, Dietary Charts, Ingredient/Allergen Management, Liaising with Chefs, Sustainability Planning, Site Visits, Kitchen Set Up, Prep Sheets for on-site Cooking, Time-Planning, Food & Hygiene Management
You will be a passionate foodie who is keen to get into food development and a confident communicator who can speak to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Computer literate - MS Office and Excel
Level 3/4 Food & Hygiene
Due to role including site visits being a driver is necessary.
£25,000. Laptop, mobile phone provided. Travel expenses covered
