Grantham - commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Sleaford, Billingborough, Bourne, Stamford, Melton Mowbray, Bingham, Leicester, Doncaster, Derby

My client is looking for a Cell Leader to manage the production and a team of 20 - 25 production operatives within the Assembly Areas, as well as assisting, supporting and working alongside the other Cell Leaders.

The role:
" To provide effective leadership at an operational level to all operatives.
" To follow processes and highlight deviations that may be required to Management
" Ensure Quality standards are adhered to and relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and in a timely manner.
" Establish resource to ensure effective utilisation of labour

Person Requirement:
" Excellent communication and organisation skills, including time management
" Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
" Sound knowledge of assembly and production
" Previous experience within a supervisory role
" Able to read tech drawings
" Good communication skills

Hours of Work: 8-4.30 Mon-Thurs, 8-1.30 Friday (overtime available)
Salary: £30k- £40k DOE
