Central Support Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf office (2 days) / from home (3 days)
Duration: 5 months
Working Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (30min break)
Salary: £12.08 per hour plus holidays

Fantastic opportunity to work alongside a government regulator for Britain's railways, and the independent monitor of Highways England based in Canary Wharf.

We are currently looking for an experienced Support Officer to support the Central support team including the Director of Railway Safety.

The main purpose of the role is to help with the input of train driver licences for the office, including quality assurance of the applications and supporting processes. Including room bookings, photocopying, and printing, catering requests, travel, and accommodation.

You will need to be proficient with Microsoft packages Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Interviews will take place between 4th and 9th November.

The ideal candidate will already have had some experience at this level, be confident and assertive, have excellent time management skills. An ability to communicate well with all levels, both internal and external and be able to maintain an effective, tidy and efficient administrational support to the team.
