Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next role in the City?

My client, a large private rehabilitation organisation, are looking for an senior administrator that is experienced with dealing with complex and confidential situations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with sensitive caseloads and has previously worked in a fast paced customer facing environment.

Duties Include;
- Diary management for the clinic
- Managing waiting lists & referral's
- Providing excellent administration service to the clinic
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Basic bookkeeping & monitoring payments

Shifts are Mon - Fri either 07:45 - 15:45 OR 12:15 - 20:15

The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a DBS record check that my client will cover the cost of.
