Job Description

My client are in a new office location on Salford Quays having already offices in other locations throughout the UK and in France.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing first-class application processing services, directly leading, developing, motivating, coaching, managing and organising teams of Supervisor and Customer Service Advisors.

The provision of statistical and analytical insights to help shape and drive the operations to succeed in meeting the client`s SLA and maximizing productive efficiency within the company and improving on current delivery and reporting processes. You will ensure the quality of customer service, and appropriate communication channels exist between the staff and customers - keeping customers information confidential. Your responsibilities may change as the business grows and so therefore you will need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

ISO duties will include participating in security related trainings and attending review meetings and participate and provide necessary support for the security internal audit.
Implement and maintain security related procedures, making sure the security related activities are assigned to designated employees and make sure the security related requirements are well communicated and followed - reporting security incidents to security team and track the issues to closure

You will have previous experience working within a customer service management position. You will have excellent communication and be I.T. literate, a trusted person to work alone and on your own initiative. You will be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers. Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure.

Bachelor degree in management or related subject, overseas studying and working experience is preferable. Excellent command in English; additional fluency in French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese is an evident advantage also.
