Job Description

We are looking for a Certification Engineer for our Telford based client, however we have the flexibility for you to work from home, coming to Telford 2-3 days per week.

As a Certification Engineer you will develop & maintain product certification for new & existing products.

These products are sold worldwide so our ideal candidate will have experience with international standards.

Working to attain Hazardous Area Certification for electrical products you will be providing guidance to all departments on application of standards.

Obtaining new certificates for current & new products, examples of new certifications - IECEx / ATEX / CE / EAC / EACEx.

Liaising with third-party certification & testing authorities.

Preparation of declarations & official statements.

Offering technical support to internal manufacturing staff.

This detailed role would suit an individual looking to sub contract to our Client for 1-2 years &/or work from home or be a permanent member of staff at the Telford site.

Salary will be circa £35-40,000, Skype interviews are available to assist with distance.
