Change Project Coordinator

Southampton or Bristol based

Salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

Full-time, Permanent, office based with opportunities for working-remotely in future

Do you have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate and engage with clients at all business levels?

Do you have a strong focus on customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders?

If so, my client is recruiting for a change/transformation professional with previous experience of creating, managing and leading change projects in the past, to assist with the onboarding and transition of new clients following contract wins and transitions.

Based in the buoyant telecoms sector our client is a leading specialist provider of telecom network design, build, installation and maintenance. Our client is growing at a rapid rate, growing from 90 employees to over 500 over the past few years. They have recently experienced further success, having been awarded a key contract with a telecoms giant whom they've had a long-standing relationship, as such they are growing further and are looking to double in size.

With this growth in mind, our client needs change professionals who are passionate about innovating systems and processes and working with their people to continuously make improvements to drive the best possible predictable on-time delivery with the best client experience for their customers and end-users.

You will be based out of either the Southampton or Bristol office, whichever is your preference, with a small amount of business travel required for meetings.

About the Role:

The Change Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading change and ensuring it is delivered in a quality way, with minimal impact on clients, end customers and all whilst protecting revenue. The successful individual will engage and work with teams across the company and the wider business group to ensure the process and policy are fully defined, planned, documented and executed well within operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for detailed creation and smooth implementation of change and transformation projects.
  • Work with the internal teams as well as the wider business for a consistent approach in the way the business works within their Telecoms Division.
  • Encourage stakeholders to be involved in creating and delivering transformation projects that will reduce costs and improve service through embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure processes are fully defined, planned, documented and executed well by all teams involved.
  • Responsible for executing the business change strategy which underpins improvements to current ways of working and readiness for new contracts

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong awareness of customer satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
  • Transition / transformation and/or change management experience.
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others effectively
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Strong drive towards high performance and achieving goals and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to deal with conflicting ideas and agendas
  • Ability to use own initiative to proactively resolve issues
  • Experience of mentoring and coaching internal and external stakeholders through the change curve
  • Excellent administrative skills and computer literate to create processes, briefings and training documentation
  • Analytical approach and ability to recognise and record change benefits
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required due to the variety and levels of engagement required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge with the ability to tailor approach and style depending on audience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and cut through complexity and ambiguity.
