Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Charity Shop Assistant Manager to work in a vibrant environment on a temporary basis, starting immediately this role is paying up to £9 per hour based in Gerrards Cross. The working hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Wednesday and Friday.

The duties include but not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operation of the shop
• Ensure health & safety policies are implemented
• Support and mentor volunteers
• Liaise with Shop Manager and Head Office
• Promote the company's values, mission and equal opportunities policy
  
  

The Perfect Candidate Will Have/be:

• Previous Manager/Supervisor retail experience
• Flexible
• People skills
• Motivation Skills
• Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
• Retail Knowledge
• Stock management knowledge
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
