Job Description

Our client is a high successful Software Development Company based in Central London who work with brand name clients within Technology, FMCG and Finance.
Due to growth we are seeking to recruit an experienced Chatbot Implementation Expert to provide in depth analysis of and solutions to business questions.

The role will be primarily client facing and offer the opportunity to understand the challenges faced by partner businesses and devise ways of proving out hypotheses with data usage.

Key Responsibilities
" Organize and conduct discovery sessions with clients to build use cases
" Analyse the business requirements and transform them into technical specifications
" Design user journeys and conversational flows
" Assess, design and build data models to answer key client KPIs
" Basic training of data visualisation tools such as Looker
" Knowledge sharing of technical data modelling concepts to key stakeholders (internal and external)
" Proposing and implementing solutions that fit the business requirements
" Analysing chatbot data to drive chatbot development and generate business buy-in

Required Experience
" Customer facing experience and management
" Conversational design and conversational UX experience
" Analytics experience to optimise desired KPI performance
" End-to-end testing of Chatbot journeys
" Experience in working with developers to implement chatbot functionality
" Problem solving and adapting to customer needs
" Knowledge of chatbot industry and know how in chatbot implementation
" Ideally experience in Google Dialogflow configuration

As an ideal candidate you would bring:
" A clear understanding of how to identify and answer key business questions with data
" Hands-on, practical approach with an insatiable desire to learn
" Demonstrable experience in analytical problem solving
" Proficient in SQL, with a base understanding of the different dialects
" An ability to learn quickly to understand and articulate new technologies and corresponding value propositions
" A strong motivation to work closely with customers to create the best possible experiences from their data and BI tool
" Assertive, positive and effective communication skills, both written and oral with the confidence to present to a customer or internal stakeholder
" A strong attention to detail
" A love of data and how companies can use their data to solve data access, usage, and visualisation challenges
" Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment
Our client is a is a remote-first company and we will therefore accept suitable applications from any location within a 3 hour time zone of London.
