My client is seeking a full time Chef De Partie to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen in a very popular Hotel.
You will be responsible for Sets up, operate and cleans all kitchen machinery/equipment and stores it in its proper place. Organise and set up the assigned section of the Food, Beverage and Kitchens as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
You MUST be self motivated. Working in a kitchen is not easy; it is essential that you can follow instructions whilst using your own initiative to priorities tasks in fast paced and potentially stressful environment
