My iconic and world-renowned client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their vibrant, passionate and successful Kitchen team.

This role is situated in the heart of Lincoln and offers a real exciting and rewarding opportunity. The successful candidate will be driven, energetic and creative. They will look to produce high standards of food preparation at all times and posses effective time management & organisation skills. Chef de Partie (Line Chef) experience would is desirable, as well as hospitality experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
" Ensure preparation is complete and ready for all services
" Effectively delegate tasks to junior chefs within you section
" Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in various tasks, such as - delivering a high standard of food and kitchen operation, development of new dishes and menus and kitchen organisations and cleanliness
" Manage, train and support all junior chefs, to guide them through their development
" Responsible for stock rotation, stock replenishment and ordering new stock
" Follow company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
" Attention to detail at all times
" Monitoring cleanliness of the kitchen at all time
" As well as much more


Salary: £17493 + Bonus (OTE £22k) + Fantastic company benefits.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.
