Chef de Partie at a 5 Star Hotel

Tucked away in the heart of the Highlands and just minutes from iconic landmarks based in Inverness, our client is the epitome of Highland welcome and luxury.

Due to continued growth our client is looking for a talented CDP to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team in their award-winning restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team with a reputation for providing exquisite eye-catching dishes using the very best of local produce.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a passion for hospitality, the drive to deliver only the best results, a keen eye for detail and fine dining standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
" Producing all dishes to the agreed company standards and specifications.
" Carrying out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas.
" Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes.
" Keeping the kitchen team constantly informed on all food related stock levels in accordance with business levels.
" Complying with food labelling and temperature controls.
" Adhering to all Food Hygiene practices and procedures.
