The Epsom Club is now seeking a Chef de Partie - Pastry to work in their outstanding Kitchen team.
As part of the Banqueting and Events team you will be working in the idyllic setting of Woodcote Park, which is set in 350 acres of beautiful Downs countryside, in Surrey. There is on-site staff parking, fantastic transport links and a free shuttle bus from Woodcote Park to Epsom Station.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable 4 or 5 star establishment. You must have a level 2 certificate in food hygiene and have excellent communication skills. An attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry is a must for any chef looking for progression.
Candidates must be able to work under pressure, be punctual and posses a flexible attitude to work and their responsibilities.
Your daily duties will include;
* Ensure a smooth and successful operation of your section of the kitchen
* Ensure you deliver 5 star foods for our distinguished members
* Maintain stock levels and produce all mise en place on a daily basis
