Brook Street are looking for an experienced Chef with a solid background of working in kitchens which have a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for meeting the bistro`s high standards and exceeding customers` expectations. You must be able to work on your own but also in a team helping others around you. The shifts are five days working, with two days off. Shift times are 1pm to 9pm. Overtime is also available.
"Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
"Follow recipes and presentation specifications
"Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
"Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
"Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
"Restock items as needed throughout the shift
"Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Own transport desirable but not essential.
